7777cx reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an obvious pricing error that does not reflect true market odds; a match or event that is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before sufficient play has occurred; events where the outcome was known to the bettor prior to placement; and any circumstances in which 7777cx suspects collusion, match-fixing or fraudulent intent. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the member's account balance.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, 7777cx will await official confirmation before settling. If the official result is subsequently reversed after settlement has occurred, 7777cx will adjust settlement accordingly. Accumulators are settled on a leg-by-leg basis; one voided leg reduces the accumulator to the next lowest number of selections rather than voiding the entire bet.
7777cx reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets or markets. These limits will be displayed at the time of bet placement where applicable. Winnings exceeding a published maximum will be capped at that maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 7777cx will attempt to contact the account holder at their registered contact details before any administrative fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be held in trust for the member for a minimum of six years from the date of last activity in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.
